Thursdays from 8:30p to 9:30p (ET), on 6/28, 7/5 and 7/12.

Make sure to put these dates in your schedule right now, if you haven’t already – make yourself a high enough priority so that you can be on these calls.  Deal?

Each call is recorded, so if you have to miss a call, you can catch up – and you get to have the calls to refer to for as long as you want/need.  Cool!

To prepare, be thinking about how you’d most want to nourish, move, rest and adorn your sexy body.

Do you need to cut out something you know has not been your friend (sugar, etc.)?  Or add something good for you (water, fruit/veggies)? What about a form of movement that works for you (dance, walk, run, swim, etc.)?  Are you getting enough sleep?  Do you give yourself enough mini-breaks through the day?  Are you dressing in a way that says to you: “I’m sexy!”?

Percolate on what would have you feel great by the end of our two weeks together.

So, there’s some food for thought, and we’ll talk more about it on our first call.  You may get inspired by what someone else says, so no need to come with a plan – ideas are fine, too.
