Thrive in Your Life

If you’re like most humans on the planet, right about now you’re feeling a wee bit out of gas.

There’s a term being used for those of us who’ve felt like that: “languishing“.

But we also know that external circumstances do not have to dictate how we feel, or what we do.

In fact, what we know is that when we’re able to act in spite of how we’re feeling, we can end up in much better shape, no matter what’s going on.

That’s what’s behind this program.

It is all about you deciding to thrive, and to do that in the way you mean “thrive”.

There is no other definition, other than the one you come up with.

As you see this new year unfolding in front of you, what would you like to be/do/have that would have you feel like you were thriving?

That’s what you’ll be supported to be/do/have in this coaching/support group.

Because sometimes, you just can’t self-generate the energy and focus you need, right?

We have a magnet on our frig with an African proverb: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

The details:

  • Twice-per-month Zoom calls, for a total of six sessions. Each session will be one hour, from 11a to noon ET.
    The schedule of Zoom sessions is 1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/12, 3/26 and 4/9
  • The group will be kept small, so everyone gets the most amount of attention possible.

Each session will be all about checking in, celebrating progress, uncovering anything there to be learned/appreciated, and what might be good to adjust – if needed – for even better results.

It’s going to be the opposite of “boot camp”, so if you’re looking for ass-kicking, this ain’t it. If you’re looking to be encouraged, to be nurtured, to have some laughs, and to make great progress on living your thriving life, this is the place to be.

Before our first session, you’ll get some questions to answer so you can get the most out of this program.

The fee for this program is $50 per month (two Zoom sessions per month), and the commitment is for six sessions (total $150).

If we’re all having a good time (which of course we will!), there will be an option to keep renewing for the next six sessions, and we’ll keep doing that until the year comes to a close. Of course, you can opt out any time.
