(It’s called homeostasis, but who cares?  All you need to know is that there is a strong pull to keep doing what you’ve been doing!)

Isn’t that unbelievably frustrating???

This phenomenon happens to just about everyone I’ve ever known…you’re not alone.

HEADS UP: this “habit” of not doing what you say you’re going to do badly damages your self-esteem.  Every single time you give in to it.

But knowing how common it is still doesn’t get you where you want to go, does it?
